If for any reason it is not quite right for you, you are welcome to return your order to us in exchange for a store credit of the same order value per our conditions below.
Please note we do not offer refunds for change of mind, instead a store credit will be issued for the purchase amount on full price items. We do not accept returns or refunds on sale items so please choose your sale purchases carefully. This includes Flash Sale items and goods purchased using a discount code. 
Please note we do not issue refunds on our BIBS dummies range.
HOW TO RETURN YOUR ITEMS
1. Contact us by email ONLY. Please include your full name, order number and item you are wishing to return. 
Email: support@bonbonthelabel.com.au with the subject as "RETURN #*order number*"
2. Once we have accepted your return we will email you our return shipping address. Please include a note inside your parcel with your full name and order number. The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the purchaser.
3. Lodge your parcel at your nearest post office. We recommend you paying for tracked shipping, as we do not accept responsibility of any returns lost in transit.
4. Once we have received your returned item, in new/unused condition, you will be issued with a credit note for the purchase value. This credit note will not expire and can be used towards any items on our website.
Please note | If you have purchased your item with a discount code, you will be issued the exact value you paid for your item, not the full RRP.
